In the Alta Val d'Isarco holidays cannot get any better for sportsmen and culture enthusiasts. Fortresses and castles around Vipiteno are very interesting destinations for a day trip.
Among the attractions that deserve to be visited there is Reifenstein Castle which is located close to Vipiteno and is one of the best preserved castles of South Tyrol. The same is true for Sprechenstein Castle towering on a hill over Vipiteno, Wolfsthurn Castle with its hunting and fishing museum and Palù Castle in Prati. |
